About me

Ava Shim is a licensed CPA in Washington, Texas, Florida, and D.C. At EY and CohnReznick, she led audit and tax engagements at the in-charge level, serving both international and U.S. national-scale clients. She also gained well-rounded experience in accounting, audit, and tax for a diverse range of clients at a local CPA firm.

Today, through her own practice, Ava serves as a fractional CFO, delivering integrated services with strategies tailored to each client's needs and financial goals. She takes great pride and fulfillment in supporting her clients every step of the way.

She loves traveling and supporting animal welfare organizations. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sharing meals with her family, and spending quality time with her three adorable dogs,

Oliver, Cooper, and Milo.
